Polyolefin Shrink Film

Polyolefin is a strong, high clarity, multi-layer material which enables thinner gauges to be used while maintaining excellent pack integrity.
Suitable for use on chamber type machines and L sealer/tunnel systems.
Produces a presentation quality wrap with excellent optical clarity.
15 micron and 19 micron ex stock.
25 micron available on request.
Widths from 200/400mm to 800/1600mm.

PVC Shrink Film

PVC is a high clarity, general-purpose material for presentation packaging.
Suitable for use on chamber type machines and L sealer/tunnel systems.
Produces a presentation quality wrap with good clarity.
40% shrink ratio as standard (lower shrink ratios available on request)
Approved for wrapping food products 17 micron (700m/roll), 24 micron (600m/roll) and 40 micron (400m/roll) films ex-stock 15 micron (750m/roll) and 19 micron (700m/roll) available on request.
Widths range from 200/400mm to 850/1500mm

Polythene Shrink Film

Polythene shrink films produce strong, secure packs at an inexpensive price, making it ideal for transit wrapping
Suitable for use on Sleeve Sealers (single wound) and L-sealers (centre folded).
Produces a strong transit quality wrap.
Opaque option ensures security.
Single Wound film in 50 micron, and widths 250mm to 650mm available ex-stock.
Centre-folded film in 38 micron, and widths 250/500mm to 750/1500mm available ex-stock.
Other gauges and widths, opaque, coloured and micro-perforated films available on request

Polypropylene Film

A non-shrink film with excellent optical clarity, high puncture resistance and is suitable for use with food.
This is an ideal film for flow wrapping and L-sealing (predominantly bakery goods).
Suitable for use on flow wrappers (single wound) and L-sealers
Water repellent, with low water vapour permeability.
High seal integrity.
Excellent slip characteristics.
Resistant to low temperatures

Printed Film

Printed materials are available (Polyolefin, Polythene, Polypropylene) subject to sample packs, authorised print proofs and set up and origination costs. The minimum order quantity for each material also applies.

Along with bespoke prints, we can supply standard warning prints, recyclable logos, and seasonal designs etc. We can hold limited amounts of stock for call-offs, but these must be accompanied by a purchase order and a finite delivery schedule (12 months max.).
