Main Features:

A range of solenoid or pneumatically-operated heavy-duty heat sealers
Star 96 impulse bag sealer features single or twin heated jaws giving 6mm weld width (optional 9mm or 12mm weld width available)
Digital control panel for weld and cool settings with operator key lock feature to prevent unauthorised access to settings
Optional PLC controller for highly accurate and consistent weld temperatures. Suitable for Tyvec and foil laminates
Solenoid operation - 400mm to 1200mm
Pneumatic operation - 400mm to 1370mm
Manual cutters available on any model to allow use of layflat tube, or to trim away excess film (effective cut is always 100mm less than seal length)
Interlocked jaw safety circuit, foot switch closure
Variable welding and cooling cycles, auto-compensatory weld control
Operating speeds up to 8 or 10 bags per minute (depending on film thickness)

Customised freestanding product-support tables, or machine-mounted product support trays
