        Features:

The D 555 NH is a compact band sealer. On this clever table model pre-made bags are sealed lying flat. All operating parameters are controlled by a digital control panel, including an automatic cool down function. By using PTFE (Teflon®) seal belts; polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, paper, aluminium, and other laminates can be sealed. The maximum distance between the seal and the top of the bag is 30 mm. The integrated conveyor belt is adjustable in height and can be pulled out up to 70 mm towards the operator for larger products.

The D 555 NVT is a tabletop vertical band sealer. Pre-made bags are sealed standing up, which is ideal for powder, liquid, or solid products that would spill if sealed lying flat. Adjustable ­supports on the belt guide the ­package during the sealing process. The sealing unit can be adjusted in height to suit different sized packages. The D 555 NVT is equipped with the same easy to operate digital panel and  PTFE (Teflon®) seal belts as on the D 555 NH.

Applications: all kinds of sealable bags, food products, seeds, ironware, mechanical and electric parts, etc.

AVM vertical Form, Fill Seal (VFFS) machines automatically form a bag from a flat roll of film, allow it to be filled with free flowing product, and then seal and separate the finished package.  The advantage of using VFFS machines on your packaging line is increased production speed and improved cost efficiencies.  The Audion AVM range of fully automatic VFFS machines is one of the most extensive in the industry, with over 30 years experience, Audion manufactures a complete line of reliable, flexible, low maintenance, user-friendly machines.  These machines can make bags from 5ml up to 50 litres.  Using the appropriate dosing system, these bags can automatically be filled with free flowing solid, powder or liquid products.  We can supply the integrated system, including the dosing equipment, packaging  machine, and necessary feeding systems.
