Standard impulse sealer features single or twin heated jaws giving 6mm weld width

Manual cutters available on any model to allow use of layflat tube, or to trim away excess film (effective cut is always 100mm less than seal length)

Star medical sealer

Features:

Developed specifically for the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industries where accurate control of weld quality is required for validation.

PLC controller continually accurately measures the sealing jaw temperature compensating for any deviation from the set temperature.  Seal time is measured to the tenth of a second along with the pneumatic pressure.
